Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
French law applies to this contract. In the event of absence of amicable resolution of a dispute born between the parts, the French courts will be only competent to settle the dispute.
Our service provides in-app subscriptions. After installation, the user will be entitled to 2 months of free trial. After that, access to these services requires a renewable subscription automatically.
- Payment will be debited from the iTunes account (for IOS version) at the time of purchase confirmation.
- The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Renewal fees will be charged to the account within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
- Subscriptions can be managed by the user and auto-renew can be disabled by going into the user’s account settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to this publication, if applicable.
The fact that we do not assert a right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of these rights. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreement that we may have between us regarding the Service.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change or replace these terms at any time.
If a revision is important, we will try to give at least 30 days’ notice before any new condition comes into effect. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using these services.
